Office Manager

As All Star Orthodontics' Office Manager, I make sure that our office runs smoothly from day-to-day, by managing staff and coordinating patients' financial accounts. I also act as a liaison to the insurance companies, making sure each patient gets the benefits he or she deserves. Although I am usually tucked away in my office I know almost every patient by first name and I really enjoy getting to know them and their families. Outside of the office I enjoy going on walks and hikes with my husband Marshall.

Marketing/Public Relations Manager

In addition to working with new patients I am also All Star Orthodontics' Public Relations Manager. My role includes allocating funds to community programs, clubs and charities, notifying the community of any events that we are leading or sponsoring, keeping dental offices in the loop regarding mutual patients, as well as creating all materials that are distributed throughout the community. I love being an advocate of All Star Orthodontics and I find it rewarding to work for such a wonderful orthodontist.

Scheduling Coordinator

As a scheduling coordinator, I help to assist all patients and parents who visit our office daily. I can usually be found checking patients in for their appointments, scheduling upcoming visits and managing the phone lines. Although I am new to the orthodontic field, I have an extensive background in the dental industry. I love getting to know patients and find it rewarding to see their increasing confidence as they develop a fabulous, new smile. When I am not at the office, I enjoy reading, cooking and spending time with my friends and family.

As a Scheduling Coordinator, I get to help all of our patients on a daily basis. From scheduling them for their initial consultation appointment, to helping coordinate their regularly scheduled appointments - I am here to help! We have awesome patients here at All Star, so I love being able to interact with them and their families. When I am not at the office, you can usually find me at the gym or hanging out with my husband Charles.

Orthodontic Assistant

In addition to my role as Invisalign® Coordinator, I assist Dr. Le with various procedures and help patients to feel comfortable while in our office. My career in orthodontics began in 2004 and I was happy to join Dr. Le's team in 2009. I love seeing the amazing transformations in our patients' smiles and self-esteem as they undergo orthodontic treatment. At home, I have a daughter named Makenzie. We love the outdoors and in summer you can typically find us at the beach, camping or just driving in the hills.

Treatment Coordinator and Orthodontic Assistant

As a treatment coordinator, I have the exciting and wonderful job of starting patients on their wonderful journey to a beautiful, new smile. I work directly with all new patients to ensure that they have a thorough orthodontic examination, a detailed treatment plan and that all paperwork is properly filed so that patients can begin their treatment. My favorite part of my job is getting to confidently tell patients, "Yes, we can correct your smile and you will love it!"

Being an orthodontic assistant is not only fun, but rewarding. For the past five years I have loved getting the opportunity to help change someone’s life through their smile. My role at All Star Orthodontics is to ensure all patients receive the best comprehensive treatment possible, on their journey to a beautiful smile. I love the day to day operations and getting to know all the patients and their families. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family.
